About Will It Creami?

Will It Creami? is a free, AI-assisted companion for anyone with a Ninja Creami. It exists for one reason: too many home Creami pints come out as icy bricks or melted soup, when the difference between them is just a few grams of dextrose and MSNF.

The calculator is built from frozen-dessert chemistry: fat, MSNF, sugar, PAC and POD targets used by professional gelato makers, adapted to the Ninja Creami's freeze-and-shave process. Every recipe in our library is run through the same engine before it ships.

The AI assistant runs the same engine on the back end — it never invents a recipe that doesn't land in range, and it diagnoses bad spins from the symptom alone.
